Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Fresh & Folds Laundry. We value your trust and are committed to delivering high-quality garment care. Our Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be applicable, and the process for requesting them.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order without any penalty if the garments have not yet entered processing (washing, ironing, or dry cleaning).
Once processing begins, refunds are not applicable.
Service Deficiency
If you believe our service was unsatisfactory or your garments were not cleaned to standard, you may request a free reprocessing within 24 hours of delivery.
If reprocessing still does not meet expectations, a partial or full refund may be granted at management’s discretion.
Missing or Damaged Items
In rare cases of lost or irreparably damaged garments, compensation is limited to:
- INR 500 or the cost of repair, whichever is lower (for damage)
- INR 2000 or replacement value, whichever is lower (for missing items)

2. Refund Exclusions

Before initiating a refund, customers are encouraged to opt for a free rewash or ironing reservice. Reprocessing is allowed up to 2 times per garment, as long as the issue is reported within 24 hours and the item has not been worn after service.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund or reprocessing request, please contact our customer support:

Include the following in your request:

Order number
A clear photo of the garment(s)
Description of the issue
Pickup address (if reprocessing is required)

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be made via UPI or original payment method
A confirmation receipt will be shared once processed

6. Changes to This Policy

Fresh & Folds reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page, and continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of these terms.
