Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Fresh & Folds Laundry. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our services, including pick-up and delivery, laundry, ironing, and dry-cleaning solutions offered through our website, mobile communication, or in person. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Service Overview

Fresh & Folds offers on-demand laundry, dry cleaning, and ironing services for garments and household items. Orders can be placed via our website, WhatsApp, or customer support line. We serve both individuals and businesses and operate in Hyderabad and surrounding areas.

2. Order Acceptance & Billing

Orders are accepted only after confirmation via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
The customer agrees to provide accurate information at the time of order.
Final billing will be based on item inspection, garment classification, and service type.
Urgent delivery services (within 24 hours) are charged 100% extra and are subject to availability.

3. Delivery Timelines

Laundry & Ironing: 24–48 hours
Dry Cleaning: 72 hours
One-day delivery is unavailable on weekly offs or public holidays.
In the event of unforeseen delays, customers will be informed proactively.

4. Pickup & Drop

Free pickup and delivery for orders above 5 KG.
Pickups and deliveries are scheduled based on customer availability and area coverage.
Customers must be available at the agreed time. Rescheduling may result in delays.

5. Garment Care & Limitations

All garments are processed using best-suited industry practices.
We do not guarantee against:
- Color bleeding, shrinkage, or fading
- Damage to embellishments, embroidery, buttons, sequins, or trims
- Permanent or deep-set stains
We may reject garments that are too delicate, severely damaged, or pose a risk during processing.

6. Liability & Compensation

All garments are accepted at the customer’s risk.
In the rare case of damage:
- Compensation will be limited to ₹500 or the cost of repair, whichever is lower.
In case of lost garments:
- Compensation will be limited to ₹2000 or replacement cost, whichever is lower.
No compensation will be provided for:
- Leather, suede, or household items
- Garments left unclaimed beyond 3 weeks from the delivery date

7. Designer & Delicate Garments

Pricing for designer, premium, or high-maintenance garments will be quoted case-by-case.
If requested, we will clean such items as per the designer’s care instructions, subject to process compatibility.
Cleaning or dry cleaning of these items is at customer’s risk.

8. Inspection & Claims

Customers must inspect garments at the time of delivery.
Complaints must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims without original invoice/bill will not be entertained.

9. Image Use Disclaimer

Unless explicitly refused in writing, Fresh & Folds reserves the right to use images of processed garments for promotional or portfolio purposes across its website and social platforms.

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Unprocessed garments may be cancelled upon request and refunded fully.
Refunds are not applicable once the cleaning process has begun.
If unsatisfied, customers may request reprocessing within 48 hours, with a maximum of two (2) re-cleanings allowed per item, provided tags/barcodes are intact.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to strikes, accidents, natural disasters, or technical failures.

12. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of or in relation to Fresh & Folds services are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
